Raymond C. Cook
Executive Vice President
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Information Officer
Mr. Cook has over 27 years of experience working in various capacities in the finance and information technology fields, including over 15 years in the gaming industry beginning at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe in 1986. Before joining Legends Gaming in April 2006, Mr. Cook served as corporate Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Majestic Star Casino, LLC where he was instrumental in the assimilation of three Fitzgeralds casinos under the Majestic Star umbrella. Mr. Cook has served in various capacities at Harrah’s and Fitzgeralds and has participated in the startup of several gaming companies where he was responsible for the selection and implementation of financial and operational controls and systems. In his current capacity he serves as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer overseeing finance, information technology, human resources, risk management and regulatory compliance functions. Mr. Cook is a graduate of the University of California with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and was an NCAA All American in Track & Field. He holds or has held gaming licenses in Nevada, Indiana, Colorado, Mississippi and Louisiana.
Felicia Gavin
Executive Vice President and General Manager/Regional VP of Finance
Ms. Gavin is an extremely motivated and seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry. Currently Ms. Gavin is serving as the Executive Vice President and General Manager for DiamondJacks - Vicksburg and Regional Vice President of Finance for Legends Gaming. Prior to joining Legends Gaming, she led the Isle of Capri Vicksburg finance team as Senior Director of Finance and served as Director of Finance for Harrah’s Entertainment at their Vicksburg property. In addition to her responsibilities at Legends, she is very active in the Vicksburg community serving as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the United Way of West Central Mississippi and Leadership Jackson. Ms. Gavin holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana Technical University.
Domenic Ricciardelli
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Bossier City/Shreveport
Mr. Ricciardelli a highly diversified and experienced executive with over 25 years in the gaming industry and hotel sector oversees the company’s operation in Bossier City, Louisiana. Mr. Ricciardelli has held various executive positions in Atlantic City, Chicago and Las Vegas markets and most recently before joining the Legends organization was employed by MGM/Mirage as Casino Manager for the Excalibur Hotel and Casino. He has held several executive positions in New Jersey, Nevada and Indiana, from 2000-2003 Mr. Ricciardelli was Director of Table Games, Credit & Player Development for Majestic Star Casino in Gary, Indiana. Mr. Ricciardelli has a proven track record of increasing market share while improving operational efficiencies.
