We accept applications between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  The following are our current open positions:
 
Security Officer (2FT): Assisting in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers. Controlling access to restricted areas. Reacting to patron and employee incidents and accidents. Monitoring patron and employee passage in and out of casino. Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards. Ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in security. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Casino Housekeeper (2FT): Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Zero to one-year experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED required. Must have one- year experience in the housekeeping field.

House Person (1FT): Responsible for moving heavy supplies and equipment as directed.  Pulling of linen and trash shoot daily. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Two years’ experience in janitorial service or high volume hotel housekeeping department.
Guest Room Attendant (3FT): Responsible for cleaning all rooms assigned in the following manner: Change bed linen daily, vacuum carpet daily, dust all furniture (pictures frames, bed frames, lamps, TV’s dressers and all other room items) daily.
Lead Inspector (1FT): Insures maximum efficiency in performance of maids to acquire and maintain immaculate guest room accommodations, surrounding areas and all public areas. Inspects all vacant rooms for efficient top conditions and meeting housekeeping specification.
Revenue Audit Clerk (1FT): Compiles and audits revenue, records and control documents. Prepares reports for all areas of casino Operations. Responsible for consolidating shift reports for all areas of casino operation. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years accounting experience or two years formal accounting education is preferred. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Surveillance Investigator (1FT): The Investigator is responsible for the successful operation of investigations authorized by Senior Directors, Directors, or manages involving company internal controls, employees, patrons or gaming regulations. Requirements: Two to five years’ experience in law enforcement or insurance investigation with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Table Games Dealer/Dual Rate (2FT): Responsible for the control of the table game and assuring those guests have a favorable gaming experience. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude with use of facial expressions and knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous table games experience required. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Table Games Supervisor (1FT): The Table Games Supervisor is directly responsible for managing and directing the Table Games Operations on the casino.  Ensuring that table game play operates with integrity and efficiency, with a focus on development of staff, and player rating. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Dealer (2FT): Responsible for the control of the game and assuring that guest has a favorable gaming experience. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Technical school education in dealing specified game. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Lead VIP Representative (1FT): Coordinate all reservations activity on the property. Handle all incoming and outgoing reservation request in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner. Keep accurate reservation control, to insure maximum room occupancy and highest possible room rates. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent required. One year experience in a high volume facility as a reservationist.
Guest Services Center Representative (1FT): Responsible for the redemption and issuance of marketing and gaming instruments as dictated by Internal Controls and state regulations. Update and establish player accounts, greet tour buses and welcome all patrons to the casino to ensure that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
Marketing Analyst (1FT): Oversee all analysis of the casino database and plan, support, execute and analyze casino promotions and campaigns. Responsible for the identification and implementation of improved analytic tools and data structures, as well as the management of efforts related to the development, maintenance and accuracy of player data. Requirements: Demonstrate success in analytical roles, such as Planning & Analysis. Strong quantitative skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field and casino industry experience preferred. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
IT Manager (1FT): Responsible for the property operational technology systems, installations, implementations, problem diagnosis and resolution including the supervision and performance of the data center including device connectivity, voice, data security, backup/recovery, operating system and application of software support. Requirements: Seven to ten years experience in computers, networks, problem solving, software, and computer operations with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
DJ’s Bus Person (1FT): Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and dirty linen in a fast and efficient manner. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year food service experience. Restaurant field.
Casino Bartender (1FT): Accountable for serving guest in our casino, showroom and any other location as instructed. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years’ experience as a bartender in the food and beverage industry.
Buffet Food Runner (2FT): Responsible for maintaining a fully stocked and organized buffet. Assuring that guest has a favorable dining experience. Requirements:  A high school diploma or GED is required. Some kitchen experience needed.
DJ’s Cook (1FT): Ability to operate kitchen equipment including slicer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles. Requirements: One-year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge. Must be able to perform all cooking duties.
Lucky Bean Concessionaire (1FT): Safely prepare food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guest in all outlets. Must have the ability to operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles.
DJ Busser/Server (1FT): Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and trash in a fast and efficient manner. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in restaurant service. Alcohol Beverage Card
Casino Beverage Server (2FT): To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. Must follow company policy and procedure regards to serving our guest. Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Slot Technician (1FT): Repairs, maintains, and monitors the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participate in moving slot related equipment. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two-year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance.
Slot Attendant (1FT): Monitor performance of slot machines, activity, and conditions of casino slot areas ensuring all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary. Verifying jackpots and filling out paperwork pertaining to them. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Zero to two years casino slot experience. Successful candidate must hold a valid gaming license.
Senior Staff Accountant (1FT): The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for performing various accounting functions including assisting with month end close and financial statement preparation, internal, assist with external and regulatory agency audits and other financial reporting as deemed necessary. Requirements: Five to seven years of experience in finance operations with a 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Shuttle Driver (1PT): Responsible for maintaining a continuous loop to transport employees to and from the employee parking lot and for picking up and delivering VIPs for the casino, hotel, and corporate. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. A valid driver’s license, Class C with passenger endorsement is required.
Maintenance Ground Person (1FT): Responsible for cutting, weeding, and edging the grass, raking the leaves, and sweeping the parking lots, and garage. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Zero to two years’ experience in building and grounds maintenance.
