We accept applications between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The following are our current open positions:
DJ Busser (1FT): Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and trash in a fast and efficient manner. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in restaurant service. Alcohol Beverage Card required.
Server (DJ Steakhouse) (1PT): The Server is responsible for serving guest in our banquet ballrooms, foyers, pool deck and any other location as instructed. Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. Two years experience in banquet service in a hospitality industry. Alcohol Beverage Control permit is required by the State.
DJ’s Steakhouse Manager (1FT): The DJ’s Steakhouse Restaurant Manager is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant. Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant. Job Requirements: Five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision, purchasing and inventory control with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card, as well as any Health Certifications are preferable.
Senior Casino Host (1FT): Provide telemarketing to customers as determined by the marketing department. Working the casino floor enrolling and greeting slot and table players. Manage customers that are actively gaming on the casino floor to ensure that we are meeting their expectations. Job Requirements: Must have moderate to advanced typing skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 3 years experience in customer service or clerical. A casino background helpful. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control Card.
Guest Service Manager (1FT): Responsible for developing customer service programs, monitoring guest issues and holding others accountable for delivering exceptional guest service. Must communicate courteously with patrons by telephone, email, letter and face to face. The ability to investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing issues that have been passed on by other staff. Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service. Job Requirements: Five to seven years experience in Guest Services. Preferably in the hospitality services or retail industry with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Security Officer (3FT): Assisting in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers. Controlling access to restricted areas. Reacting to patron and employee incidents and accidents. Monitoring patron and employee passage in and out of casino. Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards. Ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in security. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Maintenance Technician (1FT): Accountable for preventative maintenance of all facilities, property, and equipment. Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself. Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. High school diploma or GED required. Job Requirements: Two years experience in maintenance.
Senior Accountant (1FT): The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing various accounting functions including assisting with month end close and financial statement preparation, internal, assist with external and regulatory agency audits and other financial reporting as deemed necessary. Job Requirements: Five to seven years of experience in finance operations with a 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience. C.P.A. preferred. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Director of Property Management (1FT): The Director of Property Management is responsible for leadership and managing the performance, operations and accountability for the Maintenance and Transportation departments. This includes developing budgets and operating strategies and performance goals and objectives for each department. Responsible for planning, controlling, communicating and implementing procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of the department. Job Requirements: Requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Seven to ten years experience in managing and supervising in the gaming hospitality or entertainment industry inclusive of line and staff employees in Maintenance and Transportation. Must have or be able to obtain a key employee MS State Gaming License.
Casino Services Technician (Cage) (1PT): Accountable for maintenance of all cage and count room equipment. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of monetary equipment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Casino Cleaner (2FT): Accountable for ensuring that high standards of cleanliness of all facilities, parking lot, administrative offices, and atrium. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent required. One year experience as a housekeeper or janitor.
Lucky Bean Attendant (1FT): Safely prepares food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guests in all food outlets. As lead; employee will be required to assistant supervisor when needed. Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. This position requires a minimum one year experience in food preparation and food knowledge. Must be able to perform all cooking duties in a fast pace environment.
Hotel Front Desk Clerk (1FT): Check guest in and out of hotel as needed in an efficient manner with needs of the guests servicing primary consideration. Assists reservations by accepting and confirming reservations. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in a high volume hotel as a desk clerk or reservationist.
Casino Beverage Server (1FT): To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations. Job Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Great communication skills and friendly customer service.
Surveillance Observer (1FT): Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity and/or violation of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge of casino games by dealer experience of one year, all games preferred on attendance at dealer schools. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
