We accept applications between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  The following are our current open positions:
 
DJ Busser (1FT): Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and trash in a fast and efficient manner. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in restaurant service. Alcohol Beverage Card required.

Server (DJ Steakhouse)(1PT): The Server is responsible for serving guest in our banquet ballrooms, foyers, pool deck and any other location as instructed. Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED required.  Two years experience in banquet service in a hospitality industry. Alcohol Beverage Control permit is required by the State.

DJ’s Steakhouse Manager (1FT): The DJ’s Steakhouse Restaurant Manager is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant. Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant. Job Requirements: Five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision, purchasing and inventory control with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card, as well as any Health Certifications are preferable.

Senior Casino Host (1FT): Provide telemarketing to customers as determined by the marketing department.  Working the casino floor enrolling and greeting slot and table players.  Manage customers that are actively gaming on the casino floor to ensure that we are meeting their expectations. Job Requirements: Must have moderate to advanced typing skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.  At least 3 years experience in customer service or clerical. A casino background helpful.  Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control Card.

Security Officer/(EMR)(2FT/1FT): Assisting in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers. Controlling access to restricted areas. Reacting to patron and employee incidents and accidents. Monitoring patron and employee passage in and out of casino. Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards. Ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.  One year experience in security. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Casino Services Technician (Cage)(1PT): Accountable for maintenance of all cage and count room equipment. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of monetary equipment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.  Two years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Casino Cleaner (Heavy Cleaner) (1FT): Accountable for ensuring that high standards of cleanliness of all facilities, parking lot, administrative offices, and atrium. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent required.  One year experience as a housekeeper or janitor.

Casino Beverage Server (1FT): To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations. Job Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.  Great communication skills and friendly customer service.

Sr. Casino Services Rep (Cage)(1FT): Assist the Shift Manager and Supervisor in the operations of the cage to ensure that patrons have an enjoyable gaming experience. Responsible for overseeing the cage operation. Requirements:  A high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Two years’ cashier or banking experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Cook (Buffet)(1FT): Safely prepare food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guests in all outlets.  Applicants must be able to operate kitchen equipment including slicers, steamers, deep fryers, ovens, broilers, grills, mixers, kettles, and griddles.  Job Requirements:  One-year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge required.  Must be able to perform all cooking duties and complete any classes or certifications required.  High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.

Transportation Driver (1FT): Transporting employees, patrons, and other materials as required by the casino.  Assure the safety of employees and patrons while passengers. Operates buses of varied sizes, limousine, van, automobile, and shuttle radio (UHF/VHF). Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent.  A valid Commercial drivers license, Class C with passenger endorsement is required.

Guest Room Attendant (2FT):  Provide excellent housekeeping in all guest rooms according to policy and procedures.  Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions. Good oral communications skills.  Knowledge in the safe use of cleaning products.  Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED required.  Must have one- year experience in housekeeping field.

Table Games Dealer (1FT): Responsible for the control of the table game and assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude with use of facial expressions and knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous table games experience required. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Surveillance Observer (1FT): Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity and/or violation of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Knowledge of casino games by dealer experience of one year, all games preferred on attendance at dealer schools. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Marketing Analyst (1FT): Oversee all analysis of the casino database and plan, support, execute and analyze casino promotions and campaigns. Responsible for the identification and implementation of improved analytic tools and data structures, as well as the management of efforts related to the development, maintenance and accuracy of player data. Requirements: Demonstrated success in analytical roles, such as Planning & Analysis. Strong quantitative skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field and casino industry experience preferred. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.  

Valet Attendant (1FT): Responsible for safe parking and retrieval of vehicles.  Ensuring all vehicles are video checked for damage, ticketed, locked, and keys returned to the valet office. Greeting all patrons and responding to their questions. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.  A valid drivers license is required.  Proficiency with manual and automatic transmissions.

IT Manager (1FT): Responsible for the property operational technology systems, installations, implementations, problem diagnosis and resolution including the supervision and performance of the data center including device connectivity, voice, data security, backup/recovery, operating system and application of software support. Requirements: Seven to ten years experience in computers, networks, problem solving, software, and computer operations with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Network and Microsoft Certifications preferred.  Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
