Lead Lucky Bean Attendant (1FT): Safely prepares food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guests in all food outlets. As lead; employee will be required to assistant supervisor when needed. Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. This position requires a minimum one year experience in food preparation and food knowledge. Must be able to perform all cooking duties in a fast pace environment.
Server (DJ Steakhouse) (1PT): The Server is responsible for serving guest in our banquet ballrooms, foyers, pool deck and any other location as instructed. Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. Two years experience in banquet service in a hospitality industry. Alcohol Beverage Control permit is required by the State.
Cook (Legends Buffet) (1FT): Safely prepare food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guests in all outlets. Applicants must be able to operate kitchen equipment including slicers, steamers, deep fryers, ovens, broilers, grills, mixers, kettles, and griddles. Job Requirements: One-year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge required. Must be able to perform all cooking duties and complete any classes or certifications required. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.

DJ Busser (1FT): Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and trash in a fast and efficient manner. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in restaurant service. Alcohol Beverage Card required.
Guest Service Manager (1FT): Responsible for developing customer service programs, monitoring guest issues and holding others accountable for delivering exceptional guest service. Must communicate courteously with patrons by telephone, email, letter and face to face. The ability to investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing issues that have been passed on by other staff. Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service. Job Requirements: Five to seven years experience in Guest Services. Preferably in the hospitality services or retail industry with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
Casino Cleaner (1FT): Accountable for ensuring that high standards of cleanliness of all facilities, parking lot, administrative offices, and atrium. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent required. One year experience as a housekeeper or janitor.
Table Games Dealer (1FT): Responsible for the control of the table game and assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude with use of facial expressions and knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous table games experience required. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Food Runner (Legends Buffet) (2FT): Responsible for maintaining a fully stocked and organized buffet. Assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience. Ensure the safety and security of employees and guest. Job Requirements: Great communication skills and friendly customer service.
Network Administrator (1FT): Responsible for the overall system administration and network performance of one or more key systems or related casino systems. This may include, but not be limited to, Novell & Microsoft Networks, anti-virus system, e-mail security, Personal Computers, and other systems, which play a key role in the operating environment of the casino such as CMS & SMS. Provide on-the-job work direction to other support staff and function as a trainer. Responsible for work schedule to cover shift work as assigned 7 days a week by management of Support Technicians. Job Requirements: Minimum of a four-year computer degree from a college or university; or four to five years related casino experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must obtain Cisco or Microsoft engineering certification and Cisco or Microsoft administrator A+, Network + certifications preferable. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Security Officer (1FT): Assisting in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers. Controlling access to restricted areas. Reacting to patron and employee incidents and accidents. Monitoring patron and employee passage in and out of casino. Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards. Ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in security. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.
Maintenance Tech (1FT): Accountable for preventative maintenance of all facilities, property, and equipment. Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself. Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. High school diploma or GED required. Job Requirements: Two years experience in maintenance.
DJ’s Steakhouse Manager (1FT): The DJ’s Steakhouse Restaurant Manager is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant. Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant. Job Requirements: Five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision, purchasing and inventory control with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card, as well as any Health Certifications are preferable.
